Karen Potischman

Karen Potischman is the principal of KJP Life & Leadership Skills Training & Development. As a human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate setting, Karen has a Master Degree in Training and Development, is a certified Core Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner and a certified professional coach. In her work with individuals and organizations, Karen focuses on the intersection of facilitating change to achieve goals alongside strategic self-development. She partners with her clients to evaluate their current challenges, develop action-oriented solutions, and overcome barriers to success. She integrates reflection and learning strategies to help her clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen their habits, and make intentional choices that align with both personal and professional objectives and aspirations. Karen is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts and is currently living in Mansfield with her husband and their dog Kayla.
