Kim DeLeo

With over 30 years of experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and home care, Kim has built a career dedicated to improving health and wellness through education, clinical practice, and leadership. After earning a BS in Exercise Science in 1991, Kim spent five years managing corporate fitness centers, leading wellness programs, and inspiring others as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. This passion for education led to a 15-year tenure as Director of Education for a fitness company, traveling nationwide to certify and mentor fitness professionals. In 2009, Kim launched a successful fitness education company, specializing in ACSM Personal Training Certification programs for professionals across the country. Returning to school, Kim became a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, working clinically at Spaulding Hospital and serving as a Rehab Director for skilled nursing facilities and home care agencies. Expanding into recruitment and marketing, Kim brought expertise to building strong, compassionate teams and effective care programs. Now as Director of Business Development for a private home care agency, Kim combines a lifelong commitment to health and wellness with strategic leadership, ensuring exceptional education and care for clients and their families.
