Jason proudly provides dependable, detailed service so that his customers and referral partners can navigate the home financing process feeling confident and stress free.   Jason is licensed to originate residential loans in Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, and Massachusetts, where he maintains strong ties within many of the metropolitan Boston neighborhoods. He is also actively involved in the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Hanover Chamber of Commerce, the Boston University Alumni Community, the Friends of Boston’s Homeless, and hosts a weekly real estate podcast (“Finance with Factor”). After years in Boston, Somerville, and Medford, Jason currently resides in Hanover, MA with his wife, Kat, and kids, Drew, Ryan, and Evan.
