Susan recently retired from her role as Group President with The Smithers Group after 38 years of service. During her time at Smithers, Susan led multiple contract research organizations at a global level, each facing mission-critical challenges. Recognized for business acumen, sound fiscal judgment, and collaborative strategic partnerships, she was able to achieve aggressive growth, enhanced profitability and reduced costs.
Above all else, Susan considers herself a growth champion for business talent. Throughout her leadership experience, she was charged with talent acquisition and employee development to support operational growth and succession planning.
Susan has a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Rutgers University and earned her MBA from Babson College. She recently completed a Leadership Coaching Certificate program at Brown University School of Professional Studies.
Susan currently serves on the Advisory Board of EBS Builders in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.
