I am an Account Executive at Citara Systems, where I focus on driving new business development across New England by helping small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and compliance readiness. I work directly with small business owners and executives to understand their business goals, assess and minimize the business risk associated with cyber crime, and uncover gaps in their current IT environments, while also supporting them with comprehensive managed IT services including Help Desk support, network management, cloud solutions, strategic IT planning, and ongoing technology oversight.
I manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution design, proposal delivery, and onboarding coordination. A core part of my role is helping leadership teams evaluate their exposure to cyber threats, operational disruption, and regulatory risk, then building a clear plan to reduce that exposure. I collaborate closely with our engineering and security teams to develop practical, budget-aligned IT roadmaps that support long-term growth while strengthening security and resilience.
My approach is straightforward: align technology with business strategy and deliver managed IT services, fractional CIO leadership, and a comprehensive multi-layer cybersecurity program that enables organizations to operate securely, minimize risk, and move forward with confidence. I am actively involved in the local business community and focused on building long-term, trusted partnerships.
