Dominic Demilo

Dominic DeMilo joined the mortgage industry at just 19 years old during his sophomore year of college. He wasted no time and immediately became a licensed mortgage banker. His license spans across several states in the Northeast where he is committed to assisting a wide range of clients with their home financing needs.
Dominic is a top producer for our industry leading sales team. As a member of the Total Mortgage President’s Club, and after four years in the business, he has funded over $90 million in loans, and has helped over 250 families accomplish their homeownership dreams.
Dominic graduated Magna Cum Laude from Providence College and received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in business and a concentration in finance. Dominic is a dedicated member numerous Real Estate board groups in the greater CT and MA areas, as well as the Providence College Alumni Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, boating, traveling, and trying new foods. Dominic is also an avid Providence Friars and New York sports fan.
