For H. Clifford Watkin, SHRM - SCP
CEO, Circle Strategies, Inc.
Clifford Watkin is a results-driven human resources strategist with a proven track record of helping companies scale through innovative HR solutions, talent acquisition and retention strategies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. With extensive experience in both domestic and global markets, he has developed comprehensive employee administration, engagement, and retention programs for private-sector employers, multinational corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
Clifford’s expertise spans the full spectrum of HR functions, including legal compliance, workforce planning, performance management, employee onboarding, leadership development, and the cultivation of high-performing corporate cultures. He is particularly passionate about empowering corporate organizations and minority-owned businesses to build, manage, and sustain diverse workforces.
