Adam Smith has been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions since 2015.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Adam gained valuable experience at both Compass and Campion & Company – working alongside some of the top brokers in the nation.
A veteran of New Development, Adam ran on-site sales for two new construction projects in South Boston – one at 50 units and one at 25 units. He also helped grow a team from $39 million per year to $165 million, and achieved #1 Team in Massachusetts by Wall Street Journal & Real Trends.
Known by many for his strong integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic, he prides himself on a client-first approach to service and problem solving.
A former NCAA Division-III football student-athlete, Adam completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut, and master’s degree at Springfield College. He and his wife Leigha currently reside in Hanover with their 3 young boys.
