Terri Gordon

Terri Gordon of the Gordon Team likes to consider herself a home sales “coach”. She understands that each transaction is unique and her role as a Realtor is to continually educate the consumer with up-to-date information. Her attention to detail, tenacity, negotiating skills, and love of technology is a great benefit to both her buyers and sellers. Her past career in teaching has given her the opportunity to train new agents in her office. Terri, a native Cape Codder, has resided in the towns of Barnstable, Falmouth, Sandwich, and Yarmouth. For the past 15 years, she has lived in and enjoyed the beautiful town of Dennis. In June of 2021 she achieved the Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist Designation (CCRES) which was created to distinguish agents as leading local professionals with the knowledge, skills, and insight needed to best serve the Cape Cod market. Her familiarity and love of the Cape is an asset to buyers. Terri, a licensed broker is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, the Cape Cod and Islands Multiple Listing Service, and a member of the Multiple Listings Service Property Information Network, Inc., which covers all of Massachusetts. She is a 2017 graduate from the Cape Cod and Islands Board of Realtors Leadership Academy. In addition, she serves on the Cape and Islands Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee.
