I’m Adam Tedeschi, Co-Owner and Senior Loan Originator at Derby Street Mortgage Inc., with offices in Plymouth and Sandwich, MA. A lifelong Massachusetts resident, I’ve proudly served homebuyers and homeowners in this region for more than 22 years. Today, I live in Sandwich with my wife and two children. Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying time with family, relaxing at the beach in the summer, or hitting the slopes in the winter.

My journey in the mortgage industry began in 2001, shortly after graduating college. I started as a Loan Originator for a national lender, later working as both a lender and mortgage broker before co-founding Derby Street Mortgage in 2014. From day one, I discovered how rewarding it is to help clients achieve the dream of homeownership—a passion that still drives me today.

As a mortgage broker, I have access to a wide range of lenders and loan programs, allowing me to tailor solutions that best fit my clients’ needs. Over the years, I’ve guided thousands of clients through every step of the mortgage process, from application to closing and beyond, providing clear guidance and sound financial advice along the way.

My approach is simple: treat every client like family. Honesty, integrity, and transparency are the foundation of my business, and I’m committed to upholding those values throughout my career.
