Having been around real estate my entire life , I officially joined Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC in August 2018. While I work with clients on the South Shore from Quincy to Plymouth and along and within the Route 95 corridor, the JNRG team works with clients along and within the Route 495 corridor. We at Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC do all aspects of Commercial Real Estate: Sales, Purchases, Leases, Consulting. While our niches are Office, Warehouse/Industrial, Mixed Use, Redevelopment, and Transit-Oriented Development. We work with all types of industries, businesses and business owners. These include but are not limited to holistic, gas/automotive, restaurants, professionals, and investors. Our team has 60+ years of combined experience. My mission is to help women lead their authentic lives and help them with all of the Real-Estate related needs. At my core, I am a connector who is passionate about helping others, which I do in many ways through Toastmasters, Rotary, Podcasting, Real Estate, and Property & Casualty Insurance. I have been in the P&C Insurance Industry since January 2007, have been licensed in the state of MA since November 2009, and have maintained my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation since 2010. As a result, I often advise our clients on business insurance aspects of leases and properties. My team and I are here to help our mutual clients with their Commercial Real Estate needs by producing real results through relationships and resources.
