Buying or selling a home can be one of the most important emotional and financial decisions of our lives. That is why I enjoy being a step-by-step personal guide with a team approach for families and individuals, whether they are purchasing their first home, investing in property, selling a home, or thinking about relocation or downsizing.
As a New England resident for the last 23 years and a licensed realtor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, much of my real estate business is based on referrals from local satisfied clients. At the heart of serving my clients is my dedication to earning their trust and developing repeat business.
With a master’s degree in construction engineering and a previous career in construction management, I have been offering clients a unique perspective on real estate development, home improvement and structural designs. With my special expertise, I give my clients an educated opinion on any additional costs, such as structural changes, home repairs and other building improvements.
Fluent in English and Spanish, I have been fortunate to work with many people throughout our local communities. My clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what clients want, and my ability to accurately price and market a home.
