We own our software, and have our own integrations, that make it easy for our clients to work with the insurance agents and financial advisors, they prefer to work with. Instead of feeling pressured to work with their payroll company. Our focus isn’t "up-selling", our focus is providing "White-Glove" Service and Support!
Our customer service team has a No-Voicemail Policy, 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. So, you’ll always get your rep, or someone from their office, within 4 rings, and ready to help you!
I live in Watertown, MA, and service Metro West Boston out towards Framingham; and with that said, ConnectPay is a National Payroll Provider, and I can work with any business, in any state, nationwide.
