Our Membership Process

Join a powerful community of professionals growing their businesses through referrals and relationships. Follow these simple steps to see if there’s a chapter and seat available for you - or explore the opportunity to launch your own chapter.

Networking Group USA (NGU) operates on a unique one industry seat per chapter model, intentionally designed to maximize value and minimize competition among members. By allowing only one representative per industry in each chapter, we ensure that every professional has a distinct and respected voice at the table. If your industry is already represented, you’ll have the option to start a new chapter!

Membership is by invitation only - you must be personally invited by the chapter’s leadership to join. This selective process helps us uphold a high standard of professionalism and ensures a strong cultural fit within each group.

To support this, we conduct a membership interview process that gives both you and the chapter an opportunity to get to know each other. This friendly and informative meeting helps determine if the chapter is the right fit for you and ensures alignment with our values and goals.

Step 1

Find The Right Chapter

To start the membership process, explore our chapters and review the seats currently held by clicking the link below. This will help you identify whether there’s an open seat in your industry. Once you find a chapter that feels like a good fit, mark your calendar and plan to attend an upcoming meeting to introduce yourself and get a feel for the group.

Step 2

Connect With The Chapter Leadership

Once you’ve selected a chapter and identified an open seat, the next step is to reach out to one of the chapter’s board members to introduce yourself. Let them know which meeting you plan to attend and which industry seat you’re interested in applying for. You can find the contact information for the board members on that chapter’s page.

Step 3

Engage With The Chapter

Attend three consecutive chapter meetings to get fully immersed in the group’s dynamic and culture. During this time, be sure to meet in person with at least one board member to further discuss your interest and fit. These meetings give you time to build rapport with the group, understand the meeting format and expectations, and decide if it’s the right fit for you and your business.

After these meetings, if the chapter feels you're a good match, the board will extend an invitation to join as an official member.

Step 4

Complete Your Registration

Once you’ve been officially invited to join, a board member will provide you with a unique access code. Use this code to register on the Networking Group USA website and complete your membership enrollment. This step finalizes your access to member resources, communication tools, and all the benefits of being part of your chapter.
